A standardized language proficiency test, the Hànyǔ Shuǐpíng Kǎoshì, or HSK test, is created by the Beijing Language and Culture University. Words on the HSK lists are ordered by importance to a learner, with HSK 1 being most important and HSK 6 being least important. Our HSK 3 list covers 600 words. This is the new HSK version from 2016.
