Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

the traditional version of 顔 ...

The traditional version of this character isn't right. On the left side underneath 亠 there should be a ㄨ . As of now, there are two individual downward strokes that look lik a "v", but this is the way the simplified version is written, not the traditional version.

There are actually two variant traditional characters in there, 顏 and 顔 (with the differences you describe). The default is always 顏 with the ㄨ, not 顔 with the v. I just checked, though, and they were both in the database with a v. (I've changed it to ㄨ.) So you probably have the right one and now it will show up properly.
