Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

character set issues

I'm trying to adjust my Skritter character set to "both" , but when I go to the pratise scrathpad it only shows one set (even after I go through all the words)

Could this be because of the server issues? Am I doing something wrong?

The scratchpad will only show the character styles that you put into the box, currently. You sure like it! If I may ask, why do you want to use it over the other practice modes?
